Health and wellness is an important part of life. Our wellness facilities and fitness program are perfect for keeping your family healthy and active.

In addition to our group exercise classes, we offer both personal and group training programs as well as nutrition and weight loss programs.  Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to create your healthiest self.
GROUP FITNESS INFORMATION

YOGA WITH TIFFANY | Tuesdays | 9:30 AM
Build strength and stamina with this fast-paced and challenging series designed for those with some yoga experience. Build and tone your muscles, improve endurance, build core strength, and learn arm balances, inversions, and backbends. This class is not recommended for anyone with a history of back, neck, or shoulder pain/injuries.

YOGA WITH CATHERINE | Thursdays | 9:30 AM
Build strength and stamina with this fast-paced and challenging series designed for those with some yoga experience. HOT YOGA | Thursdays | 6:30 AM
This class is like Yoga with Catherine but conducted in a heated environment (approximately 90 degrees).

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
The Fitness Center also offers a variety of strength, cardio, and stretch-based classes that change monthly to keep your workouts fresh and challenging! Please refer to the Southworth App for Creighton Farms for the latest information.


FITNESS & WELLNESS ACTIVITIES

May 1 | Spring Rejuvenation
Get ready for spring (and shorts weather!) with this 10-Day rejuvenation program in which we dust off our winter tendency to put on a few pounds! We will focus on decreasing processed foods and sugar from our diets during this time, along with daily fitness activities and mini workouts.

April – November | Creighton Farms Community Garden
Assist in planting and caring for our very own Creighton Garden!

September 11 | Fall into Fitness
Refresh your mental habits by engaging in a 6-week mindset reset! Sessions will consist of meditation, breathing exercises, gratitude work, and other activities that optimize mental wellness.

January, April, September & November | Southworth Virtual Jumpstart Program
This virtual program meets every quarter (for 3-4 weeks) to discuss various wellness-related topics. The sessions consist of Zoom presentations and discussions in which members from our Southworth communities meet to share and learn from each other.

December 11 | Prep Your Steps For 2024
Set yourself up for a healthy 2024 by setting your goals and intentions in 2023! We will meet to identify your top goals and implement an effective strategy.
