Andrea comes to us from Columbia Country Club, where she oversaw all aspects of their fitness center. Andrea has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition, and she is able to conduct physical therapy screenings, TPI screenings, and conditioning programs.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from American University, and possesses certifications in Personal Training – AFAA, Youth Exercise – NASM, Senior Fitness – NASM, and Weight Loss Coaching – NASM.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Jason Fuller as a trainer at the Fitness Center!  Jason has over 20 years of experience in total body fitness and nutritional counseling.  He has trained a wide variety of individuals, including athletes, body builders, business people, and weekend warriors.

Jason specializes in both individual and small group fitness training utilizing free weight, kettlebells, and plyometric exercies to help clients reach their fitness goals.  He typically trains in 30-minute sessions and he will have availability mid-day a few days a week.
